Port Agency
Our Port Agency services provide complete management of vessel calls from pre-arrival to final departure.
Pre-arrival, we handle all regulatory formalities with Port Authorities, Customs, Immigration, and Health services to ensure full compliance before the vessel’s arrival. We coordinate berth nomination, pilotage, towage, anchorage scheduling, and terminal arrangements. All ship and cargo documentation is reviewed, including crew lists, certificates, and ISPS requirements. We also prepare arrival plans, submit the Proforma Disbursement Account (PDA), and monitor ETA updates.
During port stay, we supervise and coordinate all operations, maintaining close liaison with the Master, operators, port authorities, and terminals. We monitor cargo operations, arrange husbandry services (crew changes, medical support, bunkers, stores), provide daily status reports, and ensure strict cost control through invoice verification and budget monitoring.
Departure clearance includes securing all regulatory approvals, coordinating sailing operations, finalizing documentation and cargo tallies, issuing the Final Disbursement Account (FDA), and submitting a comprehensive departure report.
As Owner’s Protecting Agent, we independently represent and safeguard the shipowner’s operational and financial interests throughout the port call.
